My name is Tia & I'm a Creative Type who is fluent in fashion. Marie Forleo would say I'm a "multi-passionate entrepreneur" (if you don't know who that is, Google her right now!) I think this title best expresses all of the hats I wear as a stylist, designer, photographer, social media maven & now podcast hostess?! I love dogs, hate the winter & have never had a dessert I didn't want to devour. Most days you can find me working from my home studio, thinking of new ways to inspire you all to live a life you love - through fun apparel designs, social media content, events and more.

When I began my career in the fashion industry almost a decade ago, it was a huge leap for me. In the small Canadian city of Regina, not many people were doing the things that I was interested in. Plus, fashion wasn’t (and sometimes still isn’t) considered something you could make a career out of. So I can relate to anyone looking to take the road less travelled - it’s sometimes lonely, you feel vulnerable & wonder if it’s all worth it. Well fast-forward to today, I couldn’t be happier with my choice to take that leap. I get to do what I love everyday & make money while doing it!

I’ve had work in national publications & even spent time in LA learning under celebrity stylist Anita Patrickson. Fashion to me is such a fun way to portray an identity & I've always loved helping to develop that.

Through Lady Getz & now Passion & Purpose, my goal is to create products & content for those yearning to live a more fulfilling life. To me, so much of that is about doing what you love every day when it comes to a career. Plus, cultivating positive relationships, practicing gratitude, being healthy mentally & physically and finding any way to be happy, so you too can love every damn day of your life - because we only get one!!

 

My hope for this platform is to continue to build a community of dreamers. A space where ladies can come together over a shared love for the entrepreneurial journey & living a magical life. I want you to be able to walk away with knowledge to take the necessary steps needed to level up and create the life you were meant to. An extension from the Passion & Purpose events, it will be a place for amazing conversations & I can't wait for you to come along for this journey.
